View official ASQA StandardsThe Standards for RTOs 2025 came into effect on 1 July 2025, replacing the Standards for RTOs 2015. The 2025 framework comprises 17 Outcome Standards across 4 Quality Areas (Training & Assessment, VET Student Support, VET Workforce, and Governance). All Kaïser templates, LLM prompts, and compliance scoring rules have been updated to reflect the new framework.
Quality Area 1 — Training & Assessment (Standards 1.1–1.8)
All learner guide and assessment tool generation prompts updated to reference the 8 standards in Quality Area 1: training delivery (1.1), industry engagement (1.2), assessment system fit-for-purpose (1.3), fair and accurate assessment (1.4), validation (1.5), RPL (1.6), credit transfer (1.7), and facilities/resources (1.8).
Quality Area 2 — VET Student Support (Standards 2.1–2.8)
TAS wizard and learner guide templates updated to reflect the 8 student support standards: pre-enrolment information (2.1), appropriate enrolment (2.2), training support access (2.3), disability adjustments (2.4), diversity and inclusion (2.5), wellbeing (2.6), complaints management (2.7), and appeals (2.8).
Quality Area 3 — VET Workforce (Standards 3.1–3.3)
TAS templates updated to reference the 3 workforce standards: workforce management (3.1), trainer/assessor credentials (3.2), and current industry skills (3.3). Credential Policy requirements are now referenced in assessment tool templates.
Quality Area 4 — Governance (Standards 4.1–4.4)
TAS and policy templates updated to reference the 4 governance standards: integrity and accountability (4.1), roles and responsibilities (4.2), risk management (4.3), and continuous improvement (4.4). Financial viability is no longer a separate standard — risk management is addressed under Standard 4.3.
SRTO 2015 References Removed
All references to the superseded Standards for RTOs 2015 (8-standard framework) have been removed from Kaïser templates, prompts, and compliance scoring rules. The 2015 clause numbering (e.g. Clause 1.1, Clause 2.1) is no longer used anywhere in the platform.
Kaïser now automatically scores each generated document against the Standards for RTOs 2025, flagging specific clause gaps with critical/warning/info severity levels.

Version Drift Alerts
Automatic detection when a unit code is superseded on training.gov.au, with alert notifications in the dashboard.
RTOs can now invite trainers and compliance managers to collaborate on content. Documents move through a structured review workflow before publication.
Team Management
Invite team members with trainer, compliance manager, or admin roles. Role-based access controls gate sensitive operations.
Review Workflow
Documents progress through Draft → Under Review → Approved → Published states with inline comments and resolution tracking.

Upload your RTO logo for automatic embedding on all exported document cover pages.
